PRODUCTS
Product specifications are mentioned as well as the price of the product (including local VAT) are mentioned on JolandaWassenaars website. Shipping costs are displayed before or after the realization of the agreement.
Products offered on the JolandaWassenaar website contain an as accurately as possible and truthful description and/or image of the offered Product.
In case the descriptions and/or images turn out differently in reality, by JolandaWassenaar is not liable to compensate the Customer in any way. JolandaWassenaars goal is to describe the artworks at the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the artworks shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. JolandaWassenaar cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
JolandaWassenaar provides the Customer with information about the expected delivery time of the Product; this term is only an indication.
Possible import duties are always for account of the Customer.
AGREEMENTS AND DELIVERY
Agreements come about after the Customer has accepted an offer or quotation issued by JolandaWassenaar and JolandaWassenaar has agreed to this acceptation. By JolandaWassenaar will thereafter send you an email confirming the agreement including payment and order details.
An agreement also automatically comes about in the case by JolandaWassenaar proceeds with the delivery of Products to the Customer, after a Customer has placed an order via the JolandaWassenaar website.
JolandaWassenaar is always free to – without statement of reason – disagree upon an offer made by a Customer. In the event that the Customer has already made a payment to JolandaWassenaar, JolandaWassenaar will reimburse this amount to the Customer immediately after the refusal.
JolandaWassenaar delivers the products with Post NL courier service (within the Netherlands)or by herself.
Should a delivery not be possible due to a faulty address, customer not at home or a similar reason with additional costs as a result, all extra costs will be charged to the Customer.
JolandaWassenaar cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery time of our courier service.
PRICE & PAYMENT
At JolandaWassenaar payments are accepted by the secured payment methods of Ideal. Product specifications as well as the price of the Product including local (NL) VAT are mentioned on the JolandaWassenaar website. Shipping costs are displayed before or during the realization of the agreement. If Import Duties apply to the shipping destination, JolandaWassenaar will not communicate the appropriate duties through the shipping cost of Third party transporters. Shipment is executed on the basis of DAP (Delivered At Place), therefore the customer is responsible for the correct payment of import duties. JolandaWassenaar is not liable for any quotations made by Third Party for JolandaWassenaar upon agreement.
Payment needs to be settled before product is shipped to customer.
Customer must report any inaccuracies in the invoicing immediately, after which JolandaWassenaar will correct the amount. Inaccuracies in the invoicing do not relieve the Customer from any payment obligations or any other obligations reported in these terms.
PLACING ORDER
By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website, by telephone, e-mail or by live chat you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. An order can only be placed if you have previously confirmed that you accept these Terms and Conditions. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that artwork in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of artworks may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of artworks to the shopping bag.
RETURNS
All JolandaWassenaars art’s commissioned artworks are handmade, which means that an order for an original piece cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Is your order damaged? Contact us within two days via info@jolandawassenaar.nl and state the type of damage, including the packaging and photos of the damage. Only then can we process your request. We will contact you as soon as possible for a solution.
